We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Technical Services Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible Technical Services function, ensuring planning, technical records and maintenance documentation are produced accurately, on time, and in line with Part-M requirements and the CAME.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the Technical Services team, ensuring the right resources, tools and priorities are in place.
- Prepare CAME, AMP, MEL, Directive, SOP, Reliability report, etc. and ensure subsequent updates.
- Evaluate AD, SB, Mod, AOM, Repair, etc. and ensure their timely compliance.
- Keep Technical Services procedures, guidance and instructions current, practical and aligned to regulatory expectations.
- Ensure technical publications and updates are controlled and implemented when OEM revisions are received.
- Liaison with OEMs, Part-145 maintenance organizations, Flt Ops, QA, etc. regarding continuing airworthiness matters.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering, or AME license.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a CAMO management role within the aviation industry, preferably in a Part-M approved CAMO.
- In-depth knowledge of CAR, ANO (AW) Part-145, Part-M, Part-66 and Part-21 regulations and quality management systems.
- Completed Part-66 Module-10, SMS, Basic Course on preparation of CAME, AMP or MEL.
- Proven experience in preparing CAME, AMP, MEL, Reliability, SOP.
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Quality & Safety System Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the quality and safety management systems in accordance with Part-145 and Part-M regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with CAAB ANO (AW) Part-145 and Part-M regulations.
- Ensure that all maintenance activities are performed in accordance with approved procedures and standards.
- Conduct internal and external audits and surveillance to verify compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Investigate and report on quality and safety incidents, finding root cause, implementing corrective and preventive actions, as necessary.
- Coordinate with regulatory authorities and external auditors during inspections and audits.
- Provide training and support to staff on quality and safety management processes and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze quality and safety performance data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements & Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal and external audits of assigned aircraft, stations, vendors, and subcontractors, documenting results and identifying hazards, risks, and nonconformities.
- Conduct investigations into maintenance errors, quality escapes, and other quality-related events.
- Initiate, coordinate, and support Corrective Action Plans (CAPs), including root cause analysis and verification that corrective actions adequately address identified issues.
- Review CAP responses to ensure root causes are addressed and corrective actions are effective.
- Perform random surveillance of line maintenance and service checks to verify proper procedures, documentation, and paperwork usage.
- Maintain accurate and complete audit, surveillance, and investigation records.

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Training Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to provide effective leadership for the delivery and management of all Continuing Airworthiness training activities. The post holder should be able to lead and manage a skilled and knowledgeable workforce, for the purpose of deploying “fit for purpose” training solutions, whilst maximizing operational efficiency and minimizing costs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate effective leadership of Aircraft Maintenance & Support Training activities by setting delivery targets, monitoring progress and developing performance improvement programs.
- Lead training compliance with the Training Management Plan & its associated procedures and standards, and any other company procedures and standards, as applicable.
- Manage the application of CAA Regulations, FTS, EWIS, Human Factors, Error Management, Risk Management and Safety Assurance within Training, together with the proactive analysis, mitigation and management of Hazards.
- Generate, deliver and implement effective improvements to overcome any non-compliance and monitor effectiveness.
- Undertake Training Needs analysis and produce consolidated reports/outline syllabus’ ensuring they meet the airline requirements.
- Ensure training is delivered via a variety of media (classroom, virtual, practical, OJT etc.) and facilitate the management of assessments as required (written/ practical), marking and feedback.
- Ensure all Training activities are appropriately documented and appropriately records on airline’s ERP.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering, or AME license.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Store Manager to oversee our aircraft parts, materials, and tooling repository. Operating strictly within an EASA/CAAB Part-145 framework, the candidate will ensure full regulatory compliance, optimal inventory levels, and seamless material support for our aircraft maintenance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain absolute segregation of bonded, unserviceable, scrap, and quarantine items in accordance with Part-145 standards.
- Review and verify all incoming material documentation, ensuring valid EASA Form 1, FAA 8130-3, CAAB Form 1, or equivalent certificates are present and authentic.
- Oversee the tool store, ensuring accurate tracking, issuing, and timely calibration scheduling for all specialized aircraft tools and ground support equipment.
- Systematically monitor and manage life-limited parts, chemical expiration dates, and specialized storage environments (temperature/humidity control).
- Manage stock levels within the aviation ERP system, conduct regular cycle counts, minimize shortages, and optimize warehouse space.
- Lead, train, and schedule shift rosters for stores personnel and material inspectors, ensuring strict adherence to safety and quality protocols.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stores operations during internal quality reviews and external civil aviation authority audits.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering, or AME license.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in aviation stores, logistics, or warehousing, ideally within a Part-145 MRO environment.
- Deep understanding of EASA/ CAAB Part-145 regulations specifically governing aircraft material receipt, storage, and traceability.
- Proficient with aviation ERP and inventory systems.
- Completed Part-66 Module-10, SMS, Human Factors, basic course on store management, or equivalent.
- Current/ previous holder of Store Inspector Authorization is preferred.
